Phlomis fruticosa

Description

A immensely variable evergreen ôsubshrubö, this selection offers rather small, felted, grayish white foliage to 4ö, forming atop upright mounded stems to 3.5 ft., and axillary flowers of butterscotch in early to mid-summer. Will exhibit a great deal of drought tolerance when fully established in full-sun conditions and sharp draining, poor soil.
