Festuca ovina glauca 'Elijah Blue' Ornamental grass with thick tufts of steely blue blades, grows 10"" high with silvery-buff flower stems. For massing or edging in dryish, poor soils. Also good for beach plantings. Grows best in full sun. Perennial in Zones 4-9. Space 12"" apart. *Available for spring shipping only.
