Description
[Hydrangea serrata 'Komachi']A new introduction for us in 2005, and we are pleased! One of the few Japanese hydrangea selections possessing all double florets in a mophead format, with an overall effect of very full, irregularly shaped heads of blue on rather compact stems to less than 4 ft. This is a one of a kind Hydrangea, and very deserving of inclusion in sites of semi-shade or full sun and humus-rich, acidic soil with adequate summer irrigation.
