Description

This new hybrid of the Japanese Painted Fern and Crested Lady Fern produces a mound of lacy silvery green fronds, each pinnae tip ending with a "crest". Coming from North Carolinian breeder Thurman Maness, this variety offers textural contrast and a tonal complement to other shade lovers like the hellebores 'Starling' and 'Kingston Cardinal.
