Cotinus 'Grace'

Description

A triumphant, pageant of color through the seasons. The new leaves, emerging intense wine-red, mature to a beguiling dusky reddish-blue. With summer comes an explosion of large panicles covered in deep pink florets. Autumn follows with its show of bright orange-red foliage. This gem was hybridized by Peter Drummer at Hiller Nurseries in Winchester, United Kingdom. It's a cross between our native species C. obovatus and C. 'Velvet Cloak'. Place in partial to full shade and allow to mature to a large shrub.
