Description

We received this selection from Christopher Lloyd some years ago, after having admired it in the sunken garden at Dixter, with deeply saturated rose-pink flowers with darker staining carried on willowy racemes rising to 2.5 ft. from mounds of glossy, textural foliage. It is a much better form than the type species which is more frequently encountered in cultivation. Will tolerate very moist soil, in fact I dare say will survive in standing water. These are seedling grown, so expect some variation.

Ships in a 4 inch container. Approx. 3 1/4" x 4 1/4" x 3 7/8" (25.8 cu. In. soil volume).
