Description

[Hydrangea macrophylla 'HC970642']These represent our wild collections of this species at 2500Æ on the Kii Peninsula in Japan in 1997. This is considered to be its upper elevational limit and may prove to be hardier than previous collections brought into cultivation. Expect lacecap flowers in shades of light blue, or pink in alkaline soil.
