Description
Living up to its name, this beauty sports large, velvety leaves, each brushed with a central 'v' of deep burgundy. A choice addition to extend the season-forming tiny red blooms late into November when most everything else has long since finished out the year. Lovely as a mid-border specimen, as it will not sprawl like so many others of the genus. Partial to deep shade in moderately fertile soil.
