We love this sedge's mad flourish of neon green, which joyously vaults out of the ground. It makes us think of Beethoven's hair-do, if he had electric green hair. This radiant new gold-edged sedge's rosettes of leaves are clustered like fountains of narrow soft green foliage, artfully edged in gold.
