Description
Turtlehead. From wet woods of the southeast, this species, with pink tubular flowers terminating atop 2 ft. stems, performs well in shaded conditions, even in moderately dry locations, in mid- to late summer. Surprisingly unknown throughout much of American horticulture, it is a refreshing addition to the late summer woodland or full-sun border in any soil. *We ship one year old, bare-root plants.
