Description
An extremely floriferous species closely allied to E. membranaceum. Its beautiful, bright yellow flowers comprised of a very narrow and long spur and short reddish inner sepals are held in many branched panicles above the leaves (we counted 50 flowers on one stem!). The rather spiny edged foliage is glossy green above with a bright white glaucous coating beneath. We thank Darrell Probst for identifying this exciting offering for us.
