Description

This new hellebore is an astonishment. Handily outpacing its older sibling 'Green Heron,' it flowers precociously and prolifically. The winter pageant of large, creamy white flowers proceeds into spring: the flowers' friendly faces rising out of the rich, dark foliage on red stems as if to say hello. As they mature, the blooms prettily transition to green. The compact plants, growing to 14", are inclined to part-shade and humus-rich soil.
