Description
High marks from our staff go to this selection of garden phlox with sturdy stems to 3 ft., capped with coneheads of soft pink flowers in mid- to late summer, showing some defense from the dark arts of powdery mildew, in full sun, any draining soil. Named in honor of Rosa Pastell, who refused to go to the end of the checkout line at Heronswood Nursery. Irreverent horticultural humor.
