Description
The Male Fern is considered one of the most garden-worthy of all ferns, and its numerous forms bring a plethora of textures and shades of green to the woodland at Heronswood. Of the many that we grow, this is certainly the most finely textured, with deeply dissected pinnae along fronds to 4 ft., delivering an airy, elegant presence throughout the year. Considered semi-evergreen, our garden specimens seldom miss a beat during the off-season.
