Acanthus mollis 'Tasmanian Angel' TM

Description

Discovered in Tasmania, this rare, lovely Acanthus has leaves that look hand-painted. The foliage is deeply scalloped and margined with galaxies of creamy speckles. Once the large clumps mature, huge 4-5 foot tall snapdragon-like spikes of delicate pink spring up. An unusual selection of the European A. mollis. Plant in a site with rich, moist soil.
