Agapanthus - Lily of the Nile

Glistening and gleaming globe-shaped heads of blues or pure whites, offered in mid-summer, from mounds of glossy leaves which, if evergreen, can be reason enough to grow Agapanthus. In full sun and well-draining soil, they provide good value to the garden, while offering a great choice as a containerized plant.
