We were astonished when we first discovered the blooms on this gorgeous single-flowered selection. Each petal is perfectly shaped and a soothing shade of Granny Smith apple green, then edged in blazing rosy red. In late winter, the flowers emerge from the barren ground to provide a promising vision of spring. Truly extraordinary and unlike any other flower in the garden.
