My collections of this species that is closely allied to L. leucanthum as well as L. regale, but this with rather broad leaves along truly amazing upright stems to 8 ft. carrying long narrow spears of foliage, topped in mid- to late summer with large, white, yellow-throated fragrant trumpets with distinctive and prominent, brownish yellow anthers, from Sichuan Province in 1996. It is an easy member of this tribe to cultivate, and is only resentful of alkaline or continually moist soil.
Ships in a 4" inch container. Approx. 3 1/4" x 4 1/4" x 3 7/8" (25.8 cu. In. soil volume).
