Description

An extremely rare species of Pachysandra that I have observed in its wild state atop Emei Shan in Sichuan Province, though I had already established it in my garden having received plants from the Arnold Arboretum some years ago. Glossy evergreen foliage, somewhat trangular, lanceolate to 3ö, is found along 8ö erect stems, and white flowers on stubby, axillary and upright spikes to 3ö. For shaded situations with somewhat moist soil. Does form a colony by stoloniferous growth.
