Description
In the complex Sibiricum Group, this very striking species grew at 10,000Æ on the western flank of the Cangshan above Dali, with whorls of 5 narrow leaves per node each to 6ö, with a somewhat reflexed leaf tip while carrying brilliant clusters of translucent red fruit in the leaf axils. This was common growing in the shaded slopes of this mountain under stands of Pinus yunnanensis.
