Description
This is a fine hybridized Roscoea that is prevalent in numerous European gardens. A relative of ginger, his tropical looking plant thrives in zone 6 and above. Pale yellow orchid-like flowers adorn grassy clumps of erect, narrow foliage. All Roscoeas are late to appear in the spring. Ours typically begin bursting from the ground in early June. An under appreciated genus, and beautiful to boot!
