Description
The late JC Raulston had the idea of crossing the Asian Calycanthus sinensis with the native Calycanthus floridus. The result was an amazing plant whose fast-growing, 8' tall branches are covered with large, glossy, green leaves as well as hundreds of 2"", liver-red flowers from mid-April to May. Simply a stunning garden plant that we would not be without.
