Description

This Himalayan Honeysuckle has really taken American gardeners by storm! Bright lemon-lime foliage is carried along succulent canes rising over time to 5 ft. The deep-reddish-bracted flowers of white are fuchsia-like, and may form handsome crops of purple berries, complementing the foliage color. Good both in containers and in the ground, provided partial to full sun and average, evenly moist soil. Dies to the ground in colder areas, and benefits from a light and airy mulch to overwinter, but its growth in a single season will still impress.
