Panicum 'Dewey Blue'

Description

This bluish switchgrass lends a graceful, glaucous element to the garden. The airy beige flowers, emerging in the fall, persist into winter. An eastern U.S. native, this beauty was selected and named by breeder Rick Darke for the Delaware beach town, as its rhizomatous and drought-tolerant nature help stabilize dunes.
